VAUGHN D. HOLEMAN, AIA, I.D., CSI

Mr. Holeman, Principal and co-owner of Holeman Suman Architects, Inc. (HSA), founded the firm in 1984. He has more than 25 years comprehensive experience in teaching, administration, program development, site master planning, space planning, design, construction documents, cost estimating and construction administration. Mr. Holeman is a natural team leader, gifted with communication and problem solving skills, and produces high quality architecture within established budgets. He has a thorough understanding of all construction aspects, which allows new and remodeling projects to flow smoothly. He is involved with several community service organizations including providing leadership for Children’s Home Society of Brevard, Hacienda Girls Ranch Advisory Council, Palm Bay Committee of 100, West Melbourne Business Association, Good Shepherd Wesleyan Church. Mr. Holeman’s project experience includes educational, medical, commercial, institutional, religious, high-tech industrial, parks, storage facilities, and multi-family and single family residential projects.

CRAIG A. SUMAN, AIA, I.D., NCARB

Mr. Suman is Principal and co-owner of Holeman Suman Architects, Inc. (HSA). His areas of responsibility encompass all phases, from design conception to construction completion, with a particular expertise in communication between all parties involved in a project. Mr. Suman has more than 33 years experience in all aspects of the architectural profession and is a leading innovator in the field of design and constructability. His versatility ranges from high-tech, space oriented industrial and commercial projects to the custom design of single-family residences. Mr. Suman is recognized by the construction industry and community for his creative problem solving and mediation skills. His diversified experience includes planning, design and documentation for educational, library, industrial, shopping centers, hospitals and medical facilities, office complexes, churches, correctional and institutional projects, multi-family developments, and military and governmental contracts.
